The Scholarly Conversations Mastermind course offers a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. Members challenge each other to set strong goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them. Scholarly Conversations will not focus on dental procedures or treatment. Rather, it is a group devoted to identifying issues and problems encountered in managing the day-to-day operation of a Practice.
Scholarly Conversations will act as a catalyst for growth to uplift and elevate peers. Participants will be supportive colleagues and often play devil’s advocates in order to provide a different perspective, poke holes in strategies, and genuinely help colleagues think both inside and outside the box. This thought-provoking, but honorable process will be a place where you can speak the truth, and expect it in return!
