About the Dental Leadership Academy
The Dental Leadership Academy (DLA) − established under the auspices of Dental Leadership, LLC − is a corporation exclusively dedicated to the professional development of dentists and dental staff. Our single-most important objective is to help you, the dental professional, ensure access to quality oral care and patient satisfaction.
Our Mission − DLA is committed to improving operational excellence in dentistry by developing and implementing customized leadership development, executive coaching, and training program for dentists and their staff.
Our Vision − To promote life-long learning and leadership in dentistry.
Our Purpose − DLA is established to provide dentists and select members of their staff with tools and techniques that assist them in becoming more agile and responsive to the needs of their patients. The Academy’s coaching and training will focus on preserving the core of the current work for those procedures that have worked well, while simultaneously stimulating progress so that there is room for personal growth and organizational expansion.
DLA is designated as an Approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry. Note: Approval does not imply acceptance by any regulatory authority or AGD endorsement. The current term of approval extends from 4/1/2023 until 3/31/2027. Provider# 406723.
