About The Speakers
Zina Berry, DDS
Dr. Zina Berry is a seasoned dentist and business owner. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Fisk University, and graduated from Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry. Both highly acclaimed research-based schools are located in Nashville, Tennessee.
Dr. Berry completed a Fellowship with the International Congress of Implantologists, and a Dental Occlusion Residency program at the Center for Occlusal Studies in Parkersburg, West Virginia. She specializes in a variety of practical and advanced techniques for all ages and backgrounds, with focuses on Implantology, Prosthetics, Orofacial Pain Treatment, Neuromuscular Occlusion, Cerec Cad-cam, and Case Finishing. Dr. Berry is a member of the International Association for Orthodontics, the Fifth District Dental Society of New York, and the Crouse Hospital Executive Council.
In the last 22 years, Dr. Berry has owned, operated, and purchased five dental offices, and transitioned them into profitable centers. She has a wealth of knowledge and keen insights into selling or merging a Practice for a successful sale. She is a highly successful entrepreneur!
Yvonne Howze, PhD
Dr. Yvonne Howze earned her doctorate from Vanderbilt University. She also studied at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and the University of Maryland. Dr. Howze is a Master Trainer in performance excellence and continuous improvement. She has trained and coached professionals from a variety of disciplines, including transportation, engineering, and manufacturing. She has worked in the healthcare arena for more than 15 years, training countless healthcare providers (e.g., physicians, dentists, healthcare administrators, etc.) in leadership, business operations, process improvement, and data analytics for sound decision-making and increased revenue generation.
Dr. Howze is a Kellogg National Leadership Fellow, a Society of Research Fellow, and a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach. She is also an American Society of Quality Certified Manager of Quality and Operational Excellence. She has received many notable awards in her esteemed career. She is the Owner and CEO of CYA Consulting Group, Inc. which specializes in leadership development, process improvement, and project management. She is a nationally acclaimed presenter and a highly sought-after Executive Coach.
